Amazing Town "Phuket"

Whether you want to find solitude on a remote beach or else enjoy beach nightlife from dusk till dawn, Phuket’s beaches have it all. While cruising around Phang-nga Bay you will discover hundreds of small bays, inlets, caves and islands including the world-famous James Bond Island. The best period to cruise around Phuket is during November to April. Phuket is also a shopping paradise where you could have lots of fun browsing through the variety of goods on offer. The Naka Market is the local mecca for clothes, food, pets, gadgets and things even beyond your imagination, and thus ideal for a productive shopping expedition. In addition, there are many spots where you can take a rest and enjoy ice-cold beer or fresh coconut water, and listen to some live bands. Every Sunday, locals gather from all around the island on historical Thalang Road and turn it into a lively promenade aka Sunday Cultural Market on Thalang Road

Local vendors rule the pavements and families stroll around together for an evening of traditional foods and crafts. The event starts in late afternoon and will last until midnight. Looking to escape from the daytime heat for some hours? You will find everything in this comfortable air–conditioned mall at Central Festival Shopping Centre, especially if you’re looking for luxury or imported items. Located in the most convenient area of Phuket Town, getting here is very easy by taxi. There is a children’s section where you can leave yours for a few hours while you enjoy shopping or get pampered at one of the spas, hair salons and beauty shops. The mall’s outdoor area has a few international restaurants where you can sit back with a cocktail and watch cultural performances such as Thai classical dance or Thai boxing, which are organised daily. Phuket Town Central Market is the oldest market on Phuket. 

 You will discover fresh garden produce such as herbs and chillies, and interesting ingredients such as different varieties of dried fish, for Thai kitchens. Visitors usually visit this market for Southern treats to bring back home. This wet market is also across from 10 gold shops on Ranong Road, which are a reminder that people traditionally loved to invest their money in gold and also are a testament that the community is a wealthy one. So, in addition to your edible Southern treats, you can cross the road to also shop for high-purity gold with an intense gold hue.
